We are looking for dedicated and potential young minds to join us as the coordinators of the UL Space Club, a vibrant community of space enthusiasts. As a coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing various initiatives, helping to shape the future of space exploration, STEM education, and outreach activities. Whether you're passionate about research, content creation, event management, or technology, there’s a position for you to contribute and grow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
As a coordinator, you will be responsible for leading specific areas within the club. Below are the key roles:

Program Coordinator
- Role: Organize and manage space-related events, workshops, and activities.
- Responsibility: Coordinate with mentors, speakers, and participants to ensure smooth execution of all programs.

Curation Coordinator
- Role: Curate engaging and relevant content for the club's events and outreach activities.
- Responsibility: Stay updated on the latest space trends and work closely with other teams to integrate current developments into club initiatives.

R&D Associate
- Role: Support the research and development efforts related to space technology and innovation.
- Responsibility: Assist in data analysis, project development, and research initiatives, contributing to the advancement of space-related technologies.

Content Writers
- Role: Write informative and engaging articles, blogs, and reports for the club’s publications and platforms.
- Responsibility: Create content that educates, informs, and excites the audience about space science and technology.

Social Media Coordinators
- Role: Manage and grow the club’s social media presence.
- Responsibility: Develop and schedule posts, engage with the community, and track social media analytics to enhance the club’s outreach.

Magazine Coordinators
- Role: Oversee the creation and publication of the club's magazine (e.g., Stellar Chronicle).
- Responsibility: Coordinate with writers, designers, and editors to ensure timely and high-quality magazine publications.

Website Management
- Role: Manage the club’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly.
- Responsibility: Regularly update content, maintain functionality, and collaborate with the design team for improvements.

Video Editors
- Role: Edit and produce high-quality videos for the club’s events and promotional content.
- Responsibility: Collaborate with the media team to produce engaging videos that capture the essence of the club’s initiatives.

Graphic Designers
- Role: Design graphics for social media, publications, and event materials.
- Responsibility: Ensure visual consistency and creativity across all platforms and materials, representing the club’s brand.
Eligibility:
- Passionate about Space and STEM.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Prior experience or a keen interest in the respective coordinator role is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
