Call For Works to Stellar Chronicle New Edition

Welcome to Stellar Chronicle, the Bilingual Biannual EnMagazine of the UL Space Club! We are excited to extend an invitation to you for the submission of your articles and creative works to our publication. Stellar Chronicle serves as a dedicated platform for exploring the marvels of space and science, presented in both English and Malayalam. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to showcase the unique talents and insights of our contributors.
Here are some comprehensive guidelines to help you navigate the submission process, ensuring that your work has the best possible chance to shine within the pages of our en magazine.
1. Language:
- You can submit your works in either Malayalam or English.
2. Content Relevance:
- Submissions must align with the themes and interests of Stellar Chronicle.
- The suggested topics are:
- Milestones in lunar missions
- India in lunar exploration
- Other missions of ISRO (MOM, Adithya, Gaganyaan)
- Importance of moon exploration
- Manned space missions
- The role of AI in space exploration
- The future of space exploration
3. Originality and Plagiarism:
- All submissions must be original and not copied without proper acknowledgment.
4. Article Structure:
- Articles should have a clear structure: Introduction, Body, and Conclusion.
- Keep paragraphs concise and focused on the idea.
5. Word Count:
- Articles should ideally be between 500 and 1000 words. Longer or shorter submissions might be considered based on content quality and relevance.
6. Formatting:
- Submit your article in a Word Document format.
- Use Arial font and size 12pt.
- Single-line spacing.
- Use bold, 20pt font for article headings and 16pt font for subheadings to ensure clarity and readability.
- Articles should be left-aligned.
- Include your name, email address, and a brief bio (50-70 words) at the end of the article.
7. Document Size:
- The maximum document size for submission, for articles/writings, should not exceed 15 MB (megabytes) or 15000 KB (kilobytes).
- Compress images if necessary to reduce the file size.
8. Images & Paintings:
- Include high-quality, relevant images with your submission. Ensure you have the right to use these images and provide proper credits if necessary.
- Images should be in JPG or PNG format (Max 100 MB).
9. Submission Process:
- Submit your article through our Google Form.
- Fill out all required fields and upload your article and images as instructed in the form on or before 15 November 2023.
