UL Space Club Skysafari presents Astrophotography Contest to capture the special guest making its closest approach to earth after 50000 Years, The comet C/2022 E3.
It will be having a distance of 0.28 Astronomical Units from the earth and will be visible by the naked eye across the constellation Camelopardalis. And it will be moving toward the Auriga constellation. C/2022 E3 will be visible at midnight of 1 February 2023 at the northern horizon of the sky. (Southern part of Pole Star).
The task is to capture this special guest with your mobile phone or camera. Participants can submit their work through the link given below on or before 03 February 2022.
Rules & Regulations:
- Do not copy a photo from any website.
- Do not upload a photo taken by someone else.
- Do not edit the photo. Everyone should upload the original copy.
- Every participant should give the specifications including the camera details.
- The location of capturing should be mentioned.
- The decision taken by the skysafari team will be final
