Foundation Day & World Space Week Celebrations 2022

We are ready with a set of programs for enthusiastic students to celebrate “UL Space Club Foundation Day & World Space Week 2022” on 04 - 10 October 2022. The theme of world space week 2022 is “Space And Sustainability”.
United Nations proclaimed World Space Week, to celebrate the contributions of space science and technology to the betterment of the human condition. World Space Week is the largest annual space event in the world. The week of October 4-10, was specifically selected to celebrate world space week because it was on October 4, 1957, that the first artificial satellite of the earth, Sputnik-I was launched and on October 10, 1967, the United Nations "Treaty on the Principles Governing the Activities of States in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space" entered into force.
UL Space Club conducts various programs as part of world space week each year. During this World Space Week, we are going to celebrate our 6th Foundation Day. This year, we are ready with a set of programs for enthusiastic students to celebrate UL Space Club Foundation Day & World Space Week 2022. The theme of world space week 2022 is “Space And Sustainability”.
